In fact, it has been proven that maintaining a regular sleep schedule that provides quality REM sleep benefits not only your mind but also your body. According to the National Sleep Foundation, your body will ease into sleep easier with a drop in body temperature. By raising your body temperature in a spa before bed, your body temperature will be regulated to a comfortably warm level that helps in falling asleep longer and staying asleep.
