He helped me design a Pool that had all the bells and whistles I wanted, and I was thrilled with the end result! They built a beautiful pool and the project was always on schedule. I shopped the Major pool companies in the area for the best bang for my buck. I’m in the public service field so I don’t make a lot of money. I received some money in an inheritance recently and decided a pool for my family and this once in a lifetime opportunity should be explored. I finally found POOLS BY BRADLEY!! This is my second 5-star rating for POOLS by BRADLEY since it’s the second pool I’ve had them do for me in the past 16 yrs! I thoroughly did my research & interviewed numerous pool Co. the first time around & POOLS by BRADLEY won my business 16 yrs ago so It was a no-brainer the second time around. My new pool was a little challenging for 3 reasons: access to the back yard, the pool+ takes up the vast majority of the yard & the existing lanai, guesthouse & landscaping were #1 priorities in minimizing disturbances. Let just say, from start to finish it was a totally positive experience for 2 reasons: what & when they said they would do something, they did, & second & /MOST IMPORTANTLY: COMMUNICATION! POOL by BRADLEY knows how to run a business. Design, materials, construction, follow through, communication & education are second only to their #1 priority: the customer. You get what you give, & if you employ & partner with them … YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED they have been AWESOME to work with for the past 16 yrs!!! P.S.
